Initial Consultation
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of medical history and a physical exam. Additionally, lab work will be reviewed, providing a detailed comprehension of current health status. This consultation incorporates not only testosterone but professional guidance on vitamins and supplements and other concierge services offered at Total Medical & Wellness that complement hormone optimization therapy such as weight management and IV Vitamin and Nutrient Therapy. The initial fee covers laboratory expenses and the first month of testosterone injections and a B12 injection.
Hormone Optimization Therapy
If program eligibility criteria is met and hormone optimization therapy is desired, the hormone optimization plan will be reviewed and agreed upon and medication will be ordered. Follow-up visits will be scheduled as needed. Obligatory regular check-ins allow us to closely monitor response to treatment and make any necessary adjustments to optimize your overall well-being. Lab testing is an essential component of hormone optimization conducted by the provider before initiating replacement therapy and subsequently every three months until reaching therapeutic levels, once achieved, lab assessments are required every six months throughout the duration of optimization therapy. Monthly recurring costs include provider visits and testosterone injections and supplies.
(A more thorough lab panel can be drawn focusing on overall general health including Hemoglobin A1C, a lipid panel, as well as vitamin levels. These labs will help dial in vitamin replacement along with hormone optimization. Addition cost of $25)
